    Sizes & Custom Dimensions

A wide range of sizes is available. All dimensions can be customized to your requirements.

Specify the spacer length, body diameter and bore or thread dimensions for your assembly. Send your dimensional requirements and quantity so we can confirm the required configuration and prepare a quotation.

    Through-Hole Spacers

A clearance bore allows a bolt to pass through the spacer. Specify the actual bore diameter, suitable screw size, body diameter and spacer length to suit the complete mounting arrangement.

    Internally Threaded Spacers

An internal thread provides a connection for screws engaging with the spacer body. Specify the thread size, pitch and required engagement depth, together with the spacer dimensions. State whether the assembly requires a continuous thread, threads at both ends or a blind threaded hole so that the configuration can be confirmed.

    Mounting & Cleaning Access

Defined spacing: Spacers separate mounted parts from their supporting surfaces. Select the spacing with access for cleaning, inspection and assembly in mind, taking surrounding components into account.

Stainless steel body and end seals: The product shown combines a stainless steel body with blue sealing rings at both ends. Check the mating surfaces and sealing arrangement for the selected configuration.

Complete assembly: Check the spacer, fasteners and mating components together. Confirm screw length and engagement, installation access, loading and cleaning conditions when specifying the product.

    Applications

Hygienic spacers can be considered for mounting arrangements that need defined separation and access for cleaning, including:

    • Guard panels and covers mounted away from a machine frame.
    • Brackets and equipment accessories requiring a specified offset.
    • Component mounting points on food-processing, beverage and pharmaceutical machinery.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the two versions?
A through-hole spacer has a clearance bore for a bolt to pass through. An internally threaded spacer provides a thread that a screw engages with.

    Can all dimensions be customized?
Yes. Spacer length, body diameter and bore or thread dimensions can be customized to your requirements. Send the required dimensions and quantity for a quotation.

How should I specify an internally threaded spacer?
Provide the thread size and pitch, required engagement depth, thread configuration and spacer dimensions. For screws entering from both ends, also check the available space between the screw ends.
